In most cases, we start with a full specification of the project. We include all the requirements, the functionality, and results. In other words, before we write a single line of code, you know exactly how the program will function and if it will fit your needs. Once the specification is approved, we begin development. On larger projects, we have project milestones, which will allow the customer to view certain pieces of functionality while development is still underway. This allows the customer to view and test certain aspects of the application, and still be able to make suggestions or changes while development is still under way. We have found that this is a much more efficient manner than waiting until the end for all modifications. Once the application is complete, we submit it to the customer for testing. We will spend the appropriate time to fix any issues with program functionality, or to make enhancements based on the customer's input. Modifications outside the original scope of the project may be eligible for additional fees. And that's it. Now that the application has been tested and accepted, you can now implement it and use it accordingly. But Jamsoft Development does not quit there. We remain a valuable asset, available for enhancements or code modifications as time moves on. Our philosophy is once a customer, always a customer.
